After adding Nextcloud account via Online Accounts it's nowhere to be found. I
see no mention of it in the Dolphin. Gnome also has an "Online accounts" and
there if I add Nextcloud it's then visible in Nautilus.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open "Online Accounts" directly or via System Settings
2. Add your Nextcloud
3. Restart Dolphin
OBSERVED RESULT
No changes visible
