SUMMARY
blender brush working outside selection area
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use the k) Blender Blur brush
2. select an area with the selection tools
3. if the brush goes outside of the selected area it will use colors not
included in the selected area
OBSERVED RESULT
disregards the selected zone
EXPECTED RESULT
works within the selected zone
