STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have floating panel on bottom of laptop screen
2. Connect external screen and place it above the laptop screen
3. Maximize a window on the laptop screen
OBSERVED RESULT
The panel is floating and overlaps the window
EXPECTED RESULT
The panel defloats and doesn't cover the window. This works fine without the
external screen
