Content cut off
SUMMARY
When opening the plasmoid for the first time in a session, some content will be
cut off at the bottom. When closing and opening the plasmoid again, it expands
to show all content. This only seems to happen with some weather services.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Place a weather plasmoid on a panel
2. Set the plasmoid to use a NOAA weather station
3. Click to open the plasmoid
