There are 2 ways to do this, I will go with the easy way.
Open and focus the terminal and hit `Ctrl + Shift + T`.
The second way is to create a `.kateproject` file in your build folder. Kate
will create two terminals IIRC, one for source dir and one for the directory
where .kateproject lives. See
