Single clicking the top of the chromium window while it is left or right
snapped causes it to jump to the middle of the screen
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open chromium
2. snap it to the left or right
3. single click the top of chromium while it's snapped
4. it jumps to the center
OBSERVED RESULT
Chromium jumps to the center
EXPECTED RESULT
Nothing should happen
