I upgraded to latest manjaro stable which has 5.27.8 for all plasma components
and reproduced the issue again. With two monitors, start an application such
as terminal, minimize the app, note that the animation shrinks the window down
to the task manager. Open display properties and change primary monitor, panel
moves, now minimizing the existing terminal will shrink to where the task
manager used to be, not where it has moved to. New windows animate minimize to
the new location correctly, existing windows do not.
