Hello,

I would like your opinion on the following change before I implement it:

For alerts like TODO, FIXME, etc, I suggest we add the `casesensitive`
attribute to allow for lower-case versions of those alerts. I know personally
at times I prefer to have lower-case `todo` with my projects.

Let me know what you think! If there aren't any objections, I will make a PR to
manage that.
