If you mute Elisa (music player) and the open a video file (haruna), it is
already muted, you need to unmute it through sound apps
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. mute elisa
2. now any video file you open is already muted (haruna or other media player)
3. need to unmute elisa or work with sound app settings
