I am using Krita to export TGAs. The TGAs in Krita all write the "vertical
flip" bit in the TGA header. I am importing the TGAs into a program that does
not correctly read that bit, so as a result, all my TGAs exported from Krita
are read upside down. No other program I've used (Photoshop, Paint.NET etc.)
flips the vertical pixels on exported TGAs by default. I realize this is a
failing of the program that's ingesting the TGAs, but it would be very nice if
either:

1. The "vertical flip" would be OFF by default in Krita.
2. An option is provided to control the vertical flipping behavior on export.
