SUMMARY
Today after performing
sudo pkcon refresh
sudo pkcon update -y
I got following error:
Fatal error: The following packages have unmet dependencies:
neon-desktop: Depends: powerdevil but it is not going to be installed
Recommends: fwupd-signed but it is not going to be installed
Recommends: libappimage0 but it is not going to be installed
plasma-desktop-dbgsym: Depends: plasma-desktop (=
4:5.27.5+p22.04+vunstable+git20230914.0908-0) but
4:5.27.5+p22.04+vunstable+git20230913.0142-0 is to be installed
kde-style-breeze: Depends: kf6-kirigami2 (>=
0.0+p22.04+vunstable+git20230914.0209) but

1. Start konsole
2. Run following commands:
