No, what I was asking is, when using the configured key shortcut for the Rectangular Region Screenshot, after drawing the rectangle, automatically copy it to the clipboard, without showing any options (Save, Save as, Copy, Export, etc). It is, be able to configure a predefined action for the chosen option (in this case, Rectangular Region). "Quit after manual save or copy" doesn't do this functionality.
