Clearer steps to reproduce:

1. Have 2 virtual desktops
2. Open a video in an app (I used DragonPlayer)
3. Open Overview
4. Drag the DragonPlayer window onto the thumbnail of another virtual desktop

In the thumbnail for that virtual desktop, the video window doesn't update in
real-time.
