SUMMARY
Appindicator system tray support is missing set_label functionality. This
should show a string of text next to the icon

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Appindicator3 library with set_label
OBSERVED RESULT
no text next to icon in system tray
EXPECTED RESULT
text appears next to icon in system tray
