SUMMARY
Using the keyboard layout us(intl-unicode), you cannot complete courses that
have diacritics if you use Unicode combining instead of deadkeys.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Unicode combining instead of dead keys
2. Observe the behavior
OBSERVED RESULT
Keys are wrongly matched.
EXPECTED RESULT
Recognize a correct letter with diacritics.
