c++ patch that supports pcmpgtX for 64/32/16/8 bit testing all lanes and using
templates
I fixed support for x86. To test for x86 on an amd64 computer, run these:
sudo apt-get install gcc-multilib g++-multilib
sudo apt-get install libc6-dbg:i386
sudo apt-get remove libc6-dbg
And then recompile and run tests.
