Undoing Flatten Layer logs from KisAsyncMerger::startMerge

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a document, make some layers, Quick Group them and then Merge Group.
2. Undo the Flatten Layer step.
OBSERVED RESULT
A warning.
EXPECTED RESULT
No warning.
