Menu appears under the sidebar
1. Start System Monitor, then maximize its window and make sure left sidebar is
expanded.
2. Right click on "Overview", keep the menu showing and move the mouse pointer
to an empty space at the far left edge of the sidebar, then left click on it.
Expected result:
The menu is closed.
Observed result:
The shown menu keeps appearing under the sidebar.
3. Right click on "History".
Expected result:
The menu appears above the sidebar.
Observed result:
The menu appears under sidebar.
