SUMMARY
Application tooltips stay on desktop after clicking on the icons.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Application Menu in KDE Plasma
2. Click an application icon before it displays the tooltip with its name
OBSERVED RESULT
The tooltip will appear and stay on top of other windows until a mouseover
event
EXPECTED RESULT
The name tooltip should not appear, or dissapear after clicking the icon
