SUMMARY
Application launcher opens on the wrong screen.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add Application launcher on main screen panel
2. Click on Application Launcher
3. Watch it open on a secondary screen.
I believe this is a duplicate of 467367 but I was told to open a new issue.
