Thanks for your work and your answer. That upcoming functionality sadly won't do. Having one combo and switching if a reboot is needed trumps two shortcuts IMHO. I love KDE for the customizability and options, felt respected as a power user. GNOME wen't down the path of removing options to make it easier for new users (who don't stay newbies forever).
