openAL error
**Summary**
SubtitleComposer won't launch, shows 2 erors instead:
openAL library- & ICU library-related. Please see attachments.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Install the program, either the stable version or the development build from
GitLab:
https://subtitlecomposer.kde.org/download.html
2. Launch it either from the Start menu shortcut or directly from:
%PROGRAMFILES(X86)%\SubtitleComposer\bin\SubtitleComposer.exe
**Observed result**
2 errors show up, program doesn't launch.
**Expected result**
No error shows up, program launches.
**Software/OS version**
PS C:\Users\David\Desktop> systeminfo | select-string -pattern "os name", ^"os
version"
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
OS Version: 10.0.19045 N/A Build 19045
**Additional information**
Unfortunately, captured errors are not in English even after Windows display
language has been changed to En/US.
