SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open ksysquard and watch cpu meters
OBSERVED RESULT
One of the CPU cores appears to be fully occupied, in reality everything is
normal.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should show real-time accurate metrics of all processor cores
