SUMMARY
Imported HEIC images are not rotated according to EXIF data.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. imported HEIC image in portrait mode (from iPhone 13)
2. shotwell shows image in wrong rotation
EXIF-Metadata is processed correctly, says orientation = right/top

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon 5.27
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I was impressed HEIC import worked at all without searching for HEIF libraries
