In principle, this is completely impossible, since there is no date. If there
is no date in the metadata, we fall back to the file date. If even the file
date is not valid, we would use today's date.
Please try to read the metadata of these images again first (Item menu-> Reread
metadata from file).
Are you using an antivirus program? If so, add digiKam and ExifTool as an
exception. Files should not be open in other Windows processes during import,
otherwise they will be blocked.
A defective database is also conceivable.
