On the contrary, I, as affected by the problem, I want to thank you for the time you have spent to collect the information you have reflected here, sometimes it seems that developers forget that users like you, also spend time selflessly to provide everything possible to facilitate developers to resolve issues like this. However, on more than one occasion I have experienced in many cases in open threads, silence as a response after providing information and, even worse, after some time without response or more questions from developers, an automatic message from the system warning that the thread will be closed shortly "For lack of information or inactivity". That is to say, time wasted that in the end makes you wonder on more than one occasion whether to provide some information for the resolution of the incidents.
