We have the same issue in year 2023.

I would suggest that Dolphin should ignore or not calculate any size of the RAM
directories (/sys, /proc, /tmp and /run), these RAM-directories run on the
different RAM-filesystems (e.g: tmpfs, sysfs, ramfs and proc) and are stored in
RAM, not hard disk.
