Please enable debug logging for KWin by putting
QT_LOGGING_RULES="kwin_wayland_*.debug=true"
into /etc/environment and rebooting, then cause the issue again and attach the
output of `journalctl --user-unit plasma-kwin_wayland --boot 0` afterwards
