SUMMARY
The automatic software updater does not appear to do anything in Discover when
enabled. I have packages installed as flatpaks through discover, but enabling
the auto updater does not automatically update them.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable automatic software updates: Enable `System Settings>Software
Update>Update software>Automatically`
2. Observe that updates accumulate in discover, but they never get updated.
OBSERVED RESULT
Automatic updates do not occur
EXPECTED RESULT
I expect that when I enable "Update software: Automatically", the software in
Discover would get automatically updated.
