Way to fix "failed to allocate memory" bug:

1. Edit 
/home/a/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc

2. Replace "positions" line, but let YOUR resolution with:
positions={"1920x1080":[]}

3. Reboot
