Thanks for your report. This was caused by a change in MLT (our video backend)
that broke the color parameter for some effects (Rotate, Position and Zoom, and
Rotate and Shear).
This has now been fixed in git:
https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/kdenlive/-/commit/6feb13f87e6b16b9a3917ae6d66da7d876a9e444
and will be fixed in 23.08.0, to be released in one month.
