White on white text in drop-down menu.
SUMMARY
On drop down menus for widget options, the text is white-on-white and
unreadable when using Breeze Dark theme. Only effects widget options, as far as
I can tell.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Breeze Dark theme.
2. Go to the settings of a widget.
3. Open a drop down menu.
OBSERVED RESULT
Text is white-on-white and unreadable.
EXPECTED RESULT
Text and background character change correctly with theme to be readable (as it
is with most other drop down menus)

Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 38 w/ KDE Plasma spin

KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.6
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.108.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Seems to be the same as 343369, but while that was fixed for most cases it
seems it still remains for widgets.
