STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Steam
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma crashes, so does Discord. This also happens when closing the friends
tab. Steam also completely stops functioning if Proton compatibility is turned
on. It just becomes a small thing on the right which can only be exited and not
interacted with in any other way.
EXPECTED RESULT
Steam... does anything.
