While accessing regione.lombardia.it by selecting spid access the answer is
always:
"Accesso non riuscito - CODICE: IDPC000215 - La sessione e' scaduta. Si prega
di chiudere il browser e riprovare. "

1. access to https://www.fascicolosanitario.regione.lombardia.it
2. select SPID access: Entra con SPID
