The Manjaro package comes from ArchLinux: https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/kdenlive The version there is 23.04.3-1, there was no official 23.04.3 release yet (at least there is nothing in the news on kdenlive.org). Also it was packed on 2023-07-06, that's 10 days old.
