SUMMARY
in the flatpak permission settings, ktorrent only show a blank page, as if
there was no icon
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install ktorrent from flathub
2. go to the flatpak permission settings of KDE
3. ktorrent don't show any icon
OBSERVED RESULT
ktorrent don't show it icon
EXPECTED RESULT
ktorrent show it icons, like every other intalled flatpak app
