          Priority: NOR

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log into KDE plasma (I am using the wayland session, but I don't think it's
different on X11)
2. Try using the touchpad

OBSERVED RESULT
Touchpad sometimes does not work. By navigating to the settings, it is apparent
that the touchpad is diabled. It can be re-enabled. Trying to re-enable the
touchpad using the keyboard macro button does not work.

EXPECTED RESULT
The toucpad should work normally and should never be disabled without the user
requesting it.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Plasma 5.27.6 on Archlinux
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.6
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.107.0
Qt Version: 5.15.10

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I am using a convertible laptop with a touchscreen. When converting it to
tablet mode, the touchpad is automatically disabled (as it should be). This
interaction might be causing the problem, I have no means of testing this as I
only have this laptop.
