STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dolphin
2. right-click on a folder/file
3. right-click on an archive
OBSERVED RESULT
after the step 2, the option "Compress" is not available in the context menu.
After the step 3, the "Extract" option is not available in the context menu.
EXPECTED RESULT
we can create/extract an archive via context menu
