Current GUI
SUMMARY
Notification popup location is only available on the "primary" display, at
least in the GUI (System Settings > Notifications > Popup Position.) This seems
to be the case for x11 and Wayland.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect multiple displays
2. Choose one as primary
3. Follow above steps to choose popup position
OBSERVED RESULT
Only one display (primary) is listed
EXPECTED RESULT
There would be a dropdown to choose a display or all displays would be shown as
they are under "Display and Monitor > Display Configuration"
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: openSUSE Tumbleweed
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.107.0
Qt Version: 5.19.5
X11 and Wayland sessions both tested
