My 2nd monitor, an ASUS MX is continuously flickering making is hard to read. I
have tried changing settings. The following steps did not work.
1. Changing it to my primary monitor.
2. Changing compositor settings
3. Changing refresh rate

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On system bootup, the splash screen is shimmering.
2. Opening other windows , all windows show shimmering

Clear crisp text

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This behaviour is random. Yesterday, the 2nd monitor was fine. Today, after
many reboots, the problem persists.
