STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add any file to Project Bin
2. Attempt to click and drag any file from Project Bin to Timeline.
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Feature does not function. File will not move and, instead, shows a circle with
a line through it on the cursor.
EXPECTED RESULT
File will move from Project Bin to Timeline
