Video files will fail to open from dolphin if it contains certain characters (#
is one) - Also happens with ?
Same issue seems to occur with certain extensions (happens with .ts)
If you rename the file to not contain a character or extension that doesn't
normally open then video plays fine

Also opening the video by dragging or going to open file also does not have the
issue either.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open dolphin file manager
2. Go to the location of the video file
3. Double click on the video

OBSERVED RESULT
Haruna does not open the video file

EXPECTED RESULT
The video opens and plays
