Application crashed when "Cut" action is done on a clip in timeline. Most of
times when clip itself is not selected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch kdenlive-23.04.2-x86_64.AppImage
2. Add clips to project
3. Add one clip to timeline
4. Set cursor position to the middle of used timeline, by clicking on empty
area (not clip itself).
5. Right-click to open context menu -> Cut
OBSERVED RESULT
clip not ready or not compatible PlaylistState::VideoOnly false
Segmentation fault
EXPECTED RESULT
Continue working on project.
