SUMMARY

Just looked at servicerunner.cpp and found that in some places there is a check
for the length of the search query
(https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/blob/v5.27.5/runners/services/servicerunner.cpp#L215,
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/blob/v5.27.5/runners/services/servicerunner.cpp#L250,
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/blob/v5.27.5/runners/services/servicerunner.cpp#L331).
This may be wrong for Chinese and Japanese (and other similar languages), where
one character can mean a whole word. I'm not entirely sure about this, so it
would be better to clarify this with native speakers of those languages.
