STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. right-click on the Panel and choose "Enter edit mode"
2. click on "More options..." button
3. choose Auto-hide visibility mode
4. leave the edit mode
OBSERVED RESULT
the Panel is always visible
EXPECTED RESULT
the Panel auto-hides
