Currently, when creating a budget, you can only specify a single category.
However, in reality, a budget might contain multiple categories (i.e. one
budget for Car > Services + Car > Loan + Car > Insurance and another for Car >
Fuel). To do this right now you have to create separate instances and keep
track of each one, linking them with rules. However, it'd be great to be able
to do this in a single budget item, similar to how MoneyDashboard allows it
