STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add new event or to-do task
2. Set a reminder
3. Minimize the window of KOrganizer.
4. Wait till the time set as a reminder.
OBSERVED RESULT
Reminder dialog doesn't appear at the reminder time.
EXPECTED RESULT
A reminder appears as a pop-up dialog.
