Once this bug is resolved, will it just be the annotation portion of the
toolbar that has it's visibility status remembered? Or will there be an option
to disable the entire toolbar itself? If this needs to be it's own "bug report"
I am happy to file one.

Reason: In previous versions of spectacle, it was possible to take a
rectangular region screenshot without any toolbars that appeared. I was able to
hit my shortcut (defined in spectacle), quickly take the region screenshot, and
then proceed with my workflow. Now the toolbar is forced to appear every time
that I take a screenshot and the bar appears right in the center of my current
monitor. This often causes an overlap with what I am trying to screenshot,
causing me to first move the toolbar and then select the region. Being able to
disable the toolbar in the setting or having a command line arg to disable
would fix this issue.
