You should be able to save the information from help->system information for
bug reports to a file and attach it to this bug. The default template in
bugzilla is useless for Krita bugs since it's mostly focused on the plasma
desktop. There is no need to ask anyone to fill that in.
As for the actual problem: if you are on windows, you can try to switch between
opengl and angle in the canvas acceleration settings since it is most likely an
issue with the graphics driver, though, not with Krita.
