STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run any application (for example Kate).
2. Press Alt+F3 to open The Windows operations menu.
3. Press Alt+F4 to close application.
OBSERVED RESULT
The application doesn't close.
EXPECTED RESULT
The application closes.
